I’ve followed this routine for about a year now.
- Get Coffee
- Read for 30 minutes
- Write for 30 minutes
- Exercise
At home or in a cafe. I normally drink about six coffees a day, before midday
On a Kindle. Non-fiction and generally geared towards self-improvement
Anything which comes to mind. I usually end by writing “If I could only do one thing today, what would make it a success?” followed by some action items
Usually at the gym, or playing golf if I’m lucky. If I’m busy, sick, or exercising later that day, I’ll go for a walk and listen to audiobooks
